FAQ
- How do I build a scheme? Open Stylists, pick a stylist, go to Closet to select pieces (one per category), then open Style to dial the turntable and commit a scheme. Use Plans for calendar reminders.
- Where are my schemes and plans saved? Schemes, closet picks, and Plans reminders stay on your device. You can clear caches from Desk.
- How do I change the language? Go to Desk and choose English or Simplified Chinese.
- Weather city? In Desk, choose a country and city, or use Locate me (location permission required).
- Wi‑Fi only remote images? Enable the Wi‑Fi-only option in Desk to avoid cellular remote image loads.
- Notification permissions? Manage PrismelleAI notifications in iOS Settings. Plans evening reminders also need alerts enabled.
- Tracking / ATT? On supported iOS versions you may see an App Tracking Transparency prompt for attribution. You can change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Privacy & Data
PrismelleAI respects your privacy. Stylist favorites, Closet selections, Style schemes, Plans, and Desk preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal information. To request deletion of account-related data, contact us at the email above. See our Privacy Policy for details on attribution, ATT, push, location, and optional in-app purchases.
